Hello there! I'm delighted to welcome you to our luxury women's boutique. If you know me, you know my family is at the heart of everything I do. I've been blessed with 37 wonderful years of marriage to my supportive husband, Andy. Together, we've built several successful businesses and even navigated the world of corporate America side by side. When people ask, "How do you work with your spouse?" — we simply can't imagine it any other way.
Our two beautiful daughters and their fantastic husbands are a testament to our strong familial bond. Our eldest, Alexandrea, and her husband Michael have gifted us with two precious grandsons, Julian and Rocco. Our youngest daughter, Franceska, lights up Miami with her husband, Brett. We love vacationing together, and my daughters have been my biggest cheerleaders in creating this boutique, assisting me every step of the way.
Before stepping into the world of fashion, I spent many years in senior-level corporate roles, empowering leaders to excel in all areas of life. After experiencing the heartbreaking loss of both my parents and my younger brother within a year, my perspective shifted. During this time of grief, I discovered a renewed focus on the things that genuinely brought me joy, one of which was fashion.
I've always loved the transformative power of a great outfit and admired the creativity and uniqueness it allows individuals to express. In my career, I've dedicated myself to helping others become better leaders and build confidence—a process I've found can be beautifully accelerated through fashion. The magic of seeing someone look good and consequently feel good is a joy like no other.
As a seasoned business owner—including our high-level leadership consulting company, Optimized Success, and a marketing agency named mSurge—I've learned a lot, and continue to do so. This journey has been filled with incredible women who inspire me daily, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience.
