Refund and Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchase!

For in-store purchases, we offer full refunds within 7 days and exchanges within 2 weeks of purchase.

For online orders, we offer full refunds within 2 weeks and exchanges within 3 weeks of purchase.

Items must have tags attached and be in original condition.

How to Return
To start a return, please reach out to our Customer Service team at cg@cyou.love with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will include only the product price.
