We’re looking for a part-time Barista to help bring that vision to life—someone who loves people, enjoys creating beautiful coffee and wine moments, and thrives in a warm, community-focused space.
What You'll Do
• Create consistently excellent coffee and beverage experiences (including wine service during select hours)
• Assist with food preparation and plating of café items, ensuring presentation and quality align with our elevated guest experience
• Offer a welcoming, polished greeting to every guest—whether they’re coming in for coffee, boutique browsing, or both
• Assist with opening and closing duties when scheduled
• Support café cleanliness, organization, and product displays
• Restock and monitor supplies as needed throughout your shift
• Collaborate with boutique and café teams to create a seamless, elevated experience
• Bring positive energy to the team and contribute to a calm, efficient flow
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
• Have prior barista or café experience (wine knowledge is a plus, but not required)
• Enjoy connecting with guests and making them feel seen and appreciated
• Are dependable, detail-oriented, and a calm presence under pressure
