We’re looking for a part-time Barista to help bring that vision to life—someone who loves people, enjoys creating beautiful coffee and wine moments, and thrives in a warm, community-focused space.
Role Purpose
The Float Staff role provides flexible support across the Boutique, Café Wine Bar, and Sip & Shop events. This position helps maintain a seamless, high‑quality guest experience by stepping into retail, hospitality, and event functions as business needs shift throughout the day.
What You'll Do
Customer Experience
• Deliver warm, polished, and professional service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
• Represent the brand with positivity, attentiveness, and a guest‑first mindset.
Boutique Support
• Assist with sales, merchandising, POS transactions, and maintaining visual and operational standards.
• Support a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment.
Café Wine Bar Support
• Support beverage and café service, including serving drinks, light food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Help uphold the calm, elevated atmosphere guests expect.
Events
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, guest service, and sales support during Sip & Shop and other hosted events.
• Contribute to a smooth, enjoyable experience for event attendees.
General Duties
• Provide flexible operational support during peak periods.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient, positive work environment.
